Advise on obtaining TRV for Spouse in Canada Application

I am a Canadian Citizen. Getting married in Feb in India. Looking to get the spouse over to Canada and then submit an inland application in March 2019 (with OWP). I am also contemplating an outland application after weighing in pros and cons of both. Just want to be with my fiance/wife as soon as possible!!

1. What advice can you give when applying for her TRV from India to get in (for inland application)? What should the reasoning be given to satisfy entry?
2. Is it easy to extend the visitors visa past 6 months in case it is required/ processing is slow?
3. Any way one can get a Multiple entry Visa?

If applying for an out-land application, do they give multiple entry visitor visas to spouse while application is past Sponsor Approval and in process ? Any feedback or advice from experts will be appreciated.

Not sure about inland sponcership but as you are marrying her in feb it's a long process might takes more then 12 months. A visitor visa might work but it's hard to get it for young married couples they gonna ask for lots of proofs as they always always think that she isn't gonna return. She needs strong ties to home country a job, lots of funds on her name, etc. It's tricky mostly they give a 10 year multiple.
You should have got her visitor visa before the marriage even if you are a citizen as it's gonna be hard coz she gonna fell in as a family member and it's gonna be under family sponcership.

During the process they don't issue visitor visa unless it's a biiiig emergency
