Advise needed Please

Hello Friends,

I need your valuable input on one my friend's CEC application.

He has filed his application for CEC last month and CIC has charged his credit card last week. Now that, he has to leave for India in last week of June as his project has come to an end over here in Canada. So, can anyone suggest the further process to handle his case ?

Should we let CIC know once he moves back to India.

1. If so, does this slow down his application processing ?
2. Can he complete his medicals from India ?
3. Does his application process will be held in his country of residence ?

Hello Friends,

Should we let CIC know once he moves back to India. Your friend must advise CIC of a change of address.

1. If so, does this slow down his application processing ? No idea.
2. Can he complete his medicals from India ? Yes, and performd by a DMP.
3. Does his application process will be held in his country of residence ? No idea. Note that if your friend chose Buffalo as their visa office and there is an interview request, they have to travel to US.
