Advise need on which lmia is good for xpress entry?

Hello friends, i need a help to choose Lmia for express entry profile.

My bg is - i have done one yr work exp as accommodation manger, and my work permit will be expire in january 2016.
I am going to apply ee in this month , my score is 390 .
So i am planing to do Lmia , and my employee ready to give me support.
I checked on esdc website, it said there are two type of lmai 1) after immigration (without fees) 2) hire tfw($1000), my question is ehich lmai would u prefer me ?

I am not an expert, but why not apply for PNP or CEC if you have a full year of experience? In a skilled NOC you could have applied for PNP immediately upon arrival. I would think it chancy to advertise your position with the hope that no PR or citizen would apply, but perhaps there is a way for an employer to assist a temp employee to become a PR that avoids this. Sorry I don't have a link to give you, but would be worth doing a search. Perhaps bumping this up to the top again will catch someone's eye who knows. Good luck.
