I am 31 Year old married man and no kids; I have done double master (16 year) one in economics & other in Education. I am working in Pakistan police in officer ranking.
In june-2008 I have applied for Canadian immigration as skilled worker in NOC# as police officer. From Islamabad Pakistan Due to change in skilled worker category in feb-08 now police officer is not included in new category. Citizenship and Immigration department return my case in 2009 and advise me that you are not eligible for NOC# as police officer.
Now again I am trying to find a way where I can applied my case again.
My wife is qualified ACMA (Associated Cost Management Accountant as well as CIMA (UK) in final stage.
My brother is permanent resident of British Columbia since 4 years and next year he will get passport, can my bother helpful to make my immigration case strong?
Should I apply my wife case as a principle because she is more qualified then me .she did ACMA (Associated Cost Management Accountant as well as CIMA (UK) in final stage.
Some body told me regarding Job offer letter or PNE program can helpful for me
Should I apply for Quebec?
