Hi all
I am living in South korea with my Canadian wife, she is here on her working visa and i am on here in korea on spouse visa because i am not korean.
Yesterday i got passport request, my concern is my wife have signed her new job contract because we dont know when manila will send my passport back with visa stamp and for me to stay with my wife in korea she have to make new job contract so i can stay with her till i did not get my passport back from manila after that is is possible that i go ro Canada first without my wife and land in Canada and she can joined me later or i come back to korea and she complete her new contract and we both go to Canada for goods?
And before some sinor member advice me you can come back without PR Card and your family member can send you PR Card to Korea through courier so you can enter to Canada for goods.
What you guys advice what is the best option.

Your wife must prove she is ready and willing to move to Canada when you are presented with your PR visa. There has been a noted case here on the forums where someone decided to do exactly as you just described and he was denied his PR at the border and informed by CBSA that he should apply again when he and his spouse are ready to move to Canada.

If Manila finds out your wife has signed a new contract just as you are doing your PPR the may assume she is not ready to move as well and put yet another hold on your application. Didn't you just recently (in the last 6 months or so) mention this very issue coming up with your application because your wife signed another contract? I could take the time to look back at your previous posts, but I'm feeling a bit lazy tonight. ;)

yes, thats exactly what it means. if the canadian sponsor doesn't plan to move to canada as soon as your pr is approved, then your pr will NOT be approved. so either she needs to prove she plans to move back now, or you can't become pr until she is ready to SETTLE in canada WITH you.
