Here is my reference sample before I require it one more time.

This letter is to confirm that XXX was employed at McDonald's from August 22 2011 to March 01 2013. She held a full time position with McDonald’s.

My job duties
Take customers’ orders, portion and wrap foods and package take-out food
Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits like tomatoes, lettuce and dried onion which needs for the menu
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliance and equipment if necessary
Stock up items on coolers and freezers
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of team members who prepare, portion and serve food
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage after finishing my shift
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards for daily
Train new team members in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
