Advice: urgently required on application details

Hi have 1.5 years of School Social Worker exp and 10 years of Software Engineer exp.

So, in 2011, I submitted my application on Social worker exp, which was rejected due misrepresentation and I was inadmissible for 2 years. Though my exp was genuine but I couldn't prove that as my employer denied. I fought with employer but unfortunately I couldn't do anything.

So now its is been more then 2 years and again I am planning to apply as per new system.

I am also mentioning my previous application rejection and reason. But now my question is that, in application should I mention Social Worker exp also? I know they will again deny or do something wrong intentionally, 101%.

Please help me, if I don't mention that as it was already refused and just mention previous rejected application number and reason, will it work? :'( :'( :'( :'(

Hi staneja1981,
The way to get past the experience letter where the employer refuses to give one is,
1. If you have a written communication from your employer that they will not provide the experience letter, please attached the same and write up and explanation. also attach any offer and relieving letter.
2. If you know a manager from the previous organization, request him to write a letter explaining the job duties.

i believe you should put you previous experience since you already mentioned it in you previous experience. CIC will link it up.

Guys i was refused at pnp level due to funds.
I never applied to cic .
So now i got ITA, im filling my application but there is no option for previous pnp rejection details.
I just select YES in questionnaires about rejection at pnp level.
Should i upload previous pnp rejection letter.
Checklist dnt ask for it And even no section for refusal letters.

Did you get paid for this social work? Just write a letter of explanation stating that the organization is closed and hence you cannot provide any letter.
Write your own job titles and submit to CIC.

thats dangerous waters to tread into, no point of taking such a risk, in case CIC calls since there is already an unfavorable history with this employer.

One option is to exclude it from work experience, but mention it under personal experience. This way you're not require to provide an employment letter, but can add a LOE explaining this story. You may have a payslip or any doc that shows you did work there, if you do, please attach to prove it wasn't misrepresentation.

of course, you can only do that if you didn't get any points for this work experience. Your other work experience may suffice to give you the points needed, you can support it with evidence.

See if you can get a coworker or anyone that has witnessed you working there to provide an affidavit. It may be difficult to prove all details but at least it should convince them you're not misrepresenting yourself again.

Just my concern is as I stated, school will not support me and now I dont have any proof/doc to be attached as it was on cash job on personal favour not for exp. My mistake was that I applied last time. I cannot change the damage now. And CIC had already concidered this exp as misrepresentation. So now if I show then chances are high to be scrutinized and in this case I will fail to prove again that I know but if I do not mention it and just add previous application reference under rejection 'Yes' and the reason then is it okay.

If a firm or government records already proved that was misrepresentation and if I add that exp again, wasn't it again the same case get it rejected on same area? Am I not redoing the same misake?

The only way is to remove this experience from your Work history. If you leave it there, you will be accused of misrepresentation all over again.

Add this in Personal history for sure but keep it out of Work history altogether whether you're gaining points for that or not.

Yes I am not adding this miserable experience of my life this time in my work experience and I do not need any points of it as I have enough Software Engineer experience 10+ years.
Just for CIC reference I am adding previous application number and reason of rejection and inadmissible.

Please let me know if my understanding is correct.
