Advice Required About SINP ?????

Dear Tiger and other ,

I am Planing to go Saskatchewan and Considering SINP

I just wanted to know if we require 960 hrs. work and if we complete this during our study period lets suppose my course is 10 month long can we apply directly in PR OR we should have to go first in PGWP and then PR.

and Rules also says

"You have a current, permanent, full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer. The job offer does not have to relate to your studies."

what Does it Means i Dont understand ???

it means that the part time job you do , which is not related to your course(like a store or something) will also be considered under SINP (i'm not talking about cash jobs)
