I created express entry profile (NOC 21AA) mentioning I have 3 or more years of foreign work experience.

My total foreign work experience is as follows:
Company 1 - NOC Code 21AA - Exp - 2 year and 11 months
Company 2 - NOC Code 21AA - Exp - 2 years
Company 3 - NOC Code 21AB (different NOC)- Exp - 2 years and 8 months

I got 430+ CRS points, got provincial nomination invite and I am presently waiting for the nomination.

My question is once I get ITA or before that if I wish not to prove my work-experience details for Company 2 what will happen?.
I can take Company 2 out of my EE profile which will bring my total foreign work experience under category 21AA to 1 month short of 3 years
and there by my CRS points to 405

Is there any harm in doing this?. Also please advise, once I get ITA, whether I need to provide documents relating to work-ex for Company 3 as well in which I fall under an insignificant NOC code?.

Pre-Assessed..
CRS in NOC agnostic so you can add foreign work experience across multiple NOC 0/A/B - must have been paid and within last 10 years.

Assuming all of your experience was within the last 10 years, removing Company 2 won't make any difference to your CRS as Company 3 will compensate for that.

You can make this change at any point in time but I will recommend that you do this carefully. If you fiddle around with Primary NOC carelessly, your profile can be rendered ineligible. This happens because the points for FSW eligibility are specific to your Primary NOC. By making this change, your work experience points will come down to 11 from 13. Calculate your FSW score and make this change ONLY if you have at least 69/100.

Remember that you are only replacing Company 2 with Company 3. If you want to remove both experiences from your profile for some reason, you owe an explanation to your nominating province as this would cause a material change to your CRS. MCIIT might or might not care about this change but don't edit your EE profile without informing them.

All the best!

Thank you, those four words breathed new life into me.

I'm assessed under CEC for Provincial nomination. In the EE profile it shows eligible under FSW & CEC.

FSW requirement is 67/100 or 69/100? I stand at 68 after removing my recent work experience which I dont want to add due to some issues with the reference letter..
