Hi,i need advice regarding refusal letter as i lost it.it was around june 2016 when my study visa refused for proposed program not reasonable in light of past studies,academic scores and language abilities.is it mandatory to have refusal letter as am applying for study visa again or just refused can be mentioned when submitting visa application ? i can't even find my application on cic as i don't have surname on my passport.i already tried everything i can.please clear my doubt about this.Thanks.

in addition, you can as well request for your gcms notes, it contains the listed refusal reasons and will even help your reapplication more
How i can get gcms notes when i have no information of refusal letter? And secondly the reason is quite clear to me as it was postgraduate program and i should have choosen undergraduate instead because i am not a graduate. That time we didn't know about this and our agent not told us about this.
I got my refusal letter btw. If you too have this problem, you can mail DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and tell them all information you have. If you have not some information then kindly tell them and they will surely respond.
