Could you advise me which best program i could apply for because i checked express entry and it requires study or experience in Canada.

No it doesn’t. Express Entry - Foreign Skilled Worker is the correct stream. It is based on age, education, work experience, language and funds.

Google - IRCC express entry and do some research. If you don’t have at least a degree and fluent then chances are slim to receive invitation. Given your age and no degree, you may not be eligible to submit a profile.
