I would really appreciate if someone can provide feedback or advice. I got married 2nd time after I recieved my PR in Canada as Skilled worker. I was married in Canada before and ended up in divorce around 2009. Lady I married is also divorced my highschool friend back In Saudi. Now I'm sponsoring her problem is our current marriage certificate in (Saudi) says she was never married before and I'm planning to give CIC all information about her previous marriage and certificates of separation, divorce etc. Reason she was put single in certificate in Saudi was because there was no record of her first marriage there as previously she was married under Pakistani law/court. And in Saudi she kept living with her parents as things never worked out and she never changed the status cause if she did she would have to leave the country (her ex-husband at that time was in UK and was not able to sponsor her due to other family reasons) so she was stuck with parents.
Now I know CIC will probably look at certificate and ask the validity or will create a doubt for them. I can explain reason by a letter but do you think that would be wise? Or should I go back and redo all certificates again as they will take alot of time and money? I dont want to create any doubts that will delay the process by CIC it already takes 22-24 months from Abu-Dhabi. Please advice or reffer a good lawyer if possible asap. I appreciate who ever addresses this situation. Thank you
