advice please LMIA form completion

EE member ,
I'm sitting here with my new employer filling out the LMIA forms
my questions is :-

Does the provision of accommodation and transport accelerate the processing time as we feel it shows urgency to the position ?.

and
for port of entry granting of working visa in Ontario, what is required ?
