Then my husband is working in the Phil and his company need to send him on Nov. 2013 in Singapore for 6months and another 6months in Malaysia so a also total of 1year overseas. He will be back in the Phil after 1year, and his permanent address is still in Manila. Depends on the timing of when the additional documents are requested with respect to your application. Your submitted travel history for your spouse in your PR submission does not include the planned assignment in Singapore and in Malaysia, right?. Down the line if you are asked to submit updated Personal History forms for you and your spouse at the time he is on assignment, then he has to include his current location and duration of travel. If he has stayed/resided for more than 6months in one country then he may be asked to submit police clearance certificates from that country.

It is not a conflict per se, more of added logistics/requirements may be asked in the course of your application.

/hope this helps...

What if he the documents suddenly send in the Philippines to his address and still he is still overseas abroad and no chance to go home until he finish his contract. is there any problem in that? or if anybody from our relatives sends the documents to his place overseas. THanks a lot

If you are the Principal Applicant for PR, typically all correspondence and instructions are sent to your email address and official documents are sent to the address specified in your application. After you receive them , you can then make arrangements to have it sent to your dependents if they need to submit or sign the documents and then they can send it back to you before you collect and send to your VO.

/all the best...
