Advice on Work Experience (trainee program and commission)

Hi everyone,

I have a mixed work experience background and I would like to know whether there is a possibility that they will be counted as work experience.
  1. Firstly, I worked in an international law firm full time as a legal trainee from August 2015 until December 2016 (starting to expire for EE application from this month on) (About 45 hours a week). Should I consider the fact that I worked 45 hours/week instead of 30 and multiply this number by 1.5?
  2. Secondly, I have been teaching business law for 4 years under a private college tutoring business which is not fully incorporated but I am making a decent living out of it (funded me during my master years) and I can get the head of the business to give me all the signed letters I need. I usually teach on weekends and it is not full time.
  3. Thirdly, I am officially registered with the bar association for 2 years as a lawyer which allows me to practice a certified job; however, I have not practiced really.
I am troubling on which ones I can actually use for the application and I will make my decision whether to go through with the application based on this. So, I would appreciate it a lot if someone with the experience can kindly share his/her wisdom.

Thanks in advance...
