advice on upfront Medicals

I want to do upfront CEC medicals in Vancouver. However, I called two doctors. They said I have to get ME request from CEC first. Any suggestion?

Just wait. The way processing is occurring it really wont make a difference time-wise. I've heard (from lawyer) that CEC is discouraging advanced meds.

If you keep phoning around you may find someone willing to do it - but I really don't see any point in doing so.
