i am Canadian Permanent Resident living in Canada, in process of getting my Canadian citizenship in the next month or so . i am planning to come in March to get married with my fiance in Egypt but she is originally from Libya.. ill be travelling with my Canadian Travel document i am originally from Libya but claimed Refugee status and cant go to Libya. i need to get married in Egypt to be physically present in my wedding to be recognized by immigration Canada .
My question is the Egyptian government requires a letter from the Embassy of Citizenship. would i obtain this from the Embassy in Cairo. as i cant go to the Libyan Embassy?
