Advice on PR applicant’s dependents visa

Hi, I applied for PR through OINP masters graduate stream (I included my Wife and child on my PR application, they never been in Canada).

i got AOR today, now do I need to apply visitor VISA for them? Or I have to apply for Open Work Permit?

What is your current status and when does it expire? Are you employed? How much liquid savings can you show?

I am on PGWP expires on 2026
I am full-time employed with Teer 2 job
Not having much liquid funds less than 10k
