advice on medicals

i have submitted my visa application in general category but i have not done my medicals yet, later i came to know i can do medicals on pre submission. I want to do medicals now so that i can expedite the process. can i walk in to doctor mentioned in the list and get it done? or should i wait for the letter from the embassy asking for medicals? please help.

As you have already applied you can't do medical now you have to wait till they ask you to do one
