Hello everyone, im on a Open Work permit with a spouse has a study permit extension that is being processed. Status es are set to expire at the end of the month. Can I submit an application to extend my Open work permit while my spouse's study permit extension application is still being processed?

You could have submitted them both together, but now you'll have to wait until your spouse's SP has been issued. You won't be able to provide proof of spouse's status, otherwise.

I am in Canada as an student and my husband is Open work permit, we applied for BC PNP nomination and got the invitation and already submitted the documents and hopefully got the nomination within 1 or 2 month.
now my question is, can I took 2 terms off to save some money? because we already applied for BC PNP EE and we dont need my PGWP, is it legal? or will we face any problem later on our PR application? or taking semester off will only affect PGWP?

If you stop being a full-time student for more than 150 days you won't meet the conditions to remain in Canada as a student nor would you be allowed to work at all, and your husband would not be allowed to work as his status is dependent on yours.
