Hello All,

I am a PR holder from 2013 and now all settled in Canada .

I want me boyfriend to visit me but he already has a visit visa refusal for Canada in 2013.

Should I reapply now and how would the application be more stronger now ???

The reason for refusal was that its seems to them that he wont return from Canada .
