I have claimed B1 beginner for Quebec (QSW) french in my application. However, I have done well through A2 but I am still a bit far from B1 beginner now, I want to write B1. It is making me difficult to write B1 because I am travelling around countries, please advice if my submit my A2 results to embassy does it reject my application or would they consider my application besides giving a chance to come for an interview, as I am quite confident that I will easily get through.
And, I applied in June 2011 where the new rules of submitting the scores come this December 2011 into action. I hope they should understand.
