I am a permanent resident applicant...
A few days ago i received medical check request from CIC for my wife and daughter...
Can anybody tell me who should fill up Generic Application Form, me or my spouse? who should sign all the documents requested by CIC and how should i submit all this papers? They are requesting notary approved documents, should i send this document by mail or e-mail or GCKey? which is more appropriate?
And is it problem if my spouse undergo his medical checks in Paris France and my daughter in Georgia?
As i have only 30 days for medical checks, would it be late if my spouse under go his medical check 20 days later since received medical examination request....
Please if anybody can answer me...
