Advice Needed - Non- accompanying Spouse to be included now.

Hi,

Request anyone who would be able to advise me in this case.

Am a CEC applicant. While sending application , I had mentioned my Spouse and my New Born baby as Non accompanying. though i have given their details in my application and I have also received UCI for each of them , I was the principle applicant and included them as dependents and Non- Accompanying. when the MR request was received, it included all three of us.

My question is, is it possible to change the status of theirs as "accompanying" and pay the requesite fees , ( since there is no difference in the application documents, as my original application included theirs too) ?
Please can anyone has been is such a situvation, or provide any advice on this ?

Yes, it is possible, send CIC a case-specific inquiry, tell them what you said here - you want to change their status from non-accompanying to accompanying, and request instructions...

THanks, i did just that and i got a reply from CIC asking me to pay the applcation fees for the dependents after which they can make the status change . They have also requested a new Sch A form agian ( even though I had sent it with the original application).
