Advice needed for PR

Hi everyone,

My Gf's post graduate work permit expire in June 2016.
She is currently enrolled in the EE program, waiting to be invited. So far, her score hasnt been met yet (437) and we are exploring options as to what she should do in the event that the invitation score doesnt go down.

Please give me options of what we should do. Thank You.

Has she looked into the Provincial Nominee Programs? If not, she should investigate these to see if she may qualify to apply to immigrate via one of these streams. She can also try to obtain a permanent job offer supported by an LMIA to obtain 600 extra points under Express Entry and guarantee she will be selected.

If none of this works out and she wants to stay longer, she would need to fine an employer willing to give her a full time job offer and able to obtain an approved LMIA to qualify to apply for a closed work permit.

Last but not least, if your relationship is serious and you decided to either get married or become common law by living together for a minimum of a year - you can sponsor her for PR as your partner/spouse.
