Hi all,
Hoping someone can offer some advice
We have applied for CEC EE but our ECA didn't copy over so i'm expecting a rejection as others have already been rejected for this. I have created another profile so hoping to get an ITA shortly and be ready to re-submit.
My GF's IEC visa expires in June but mine doesn't expire until August - we should have got her an extension to match mine but we didn't know you could and it's too late now as i have less than 6 months left on mine.
I don't want to apply for a bridging visa before her IEC expires as i'd prefer to wait until just before my one does so I have longer on Implied status as I have heard it may be rejected with just the initial AOR we receive from EE.
Can she apply for a bridging on her own even though i am the principle applicant?
If i applied for a bridging with her in June, can i still apply again in August while im waiting on the reply for the first one? If it gets rejected will I technically still be on implied status as i sent the second application before my IEC expired?
If her bridging visa application is rejected can she still apply for one under my application in August even though her Visa is expired?
It's just unusual that a common law application has different IEC expiry dates (we only recently became common law)
Any advice is greatly appreciated
Thanks
