I'm planning to apply to EE with my girlfriend as the spouse, me and her have been living together for almost one year now , we do have the proofs for our relationship like rent contract and joined travels... but there is one thing that i doubt might be an issue which is that she lives and studies in Turkey (and is where our rented apartment is) while i work in Iraq (rotational work for 1 month on/1 month off) so i have to keep coming and going to turkey to meet her during my vacation... it's hard for us to completely move together now to the same country for many reasons.

1- so do you think this can be an issue in case we get an ITA and then they ask us for proofs ?
2- do you think if we give reasons why we couldn't continuously live together that they will understand ?
3- is it ok to submit the EE profile even though there’s few months left to complete the 1 year period of living together ?

let me know your opinions on this
