Advice needed as Organization changes after application/RPRF submission

Hi Guys,

Need you help. I had submitted my application in August and recently paid the RPRF fees also. FSW Outland.

But my current Organization(A) sold its business to an another organization(B). Also, my current Organization has changed its Name from A-to-AA.
My situation is I am still not an employee of new Organization(B) as the transition is going on. I am an employee of my Organization (AA-new name).
Also, Organization A has changed its Website as per its new Name AA.


What shall I do ? Do I need to inform this to CIC ?

I've asked around and some folks here said that there is no need to inform CIC about this after submission of application
