hello!

It would be highly appreciated if experienced and master minded personalities pay their attention,thoughts and advice me clearly...

History:

I am from Pakistan.

10th class .... 1998-1999
12th class ... 2000-2002
b.com (2years degree) ...2003- 2007

IELTS ... 5.5 overall band .. ( 17july2010)

work experience :
Accountant in school

2006 applied for Canadian student visa but refused.

reasons: I will not come back to my home country
my education and employment is available in pakistan

my elder brother got his Canadian residency in 2007, he went to Canada on student visa ... now he is working in a company ...

I want to apply again for Canadian student visa
Please advise and help me to make my case!!

First of all you hv to improve ur English proficiency.
Then u must have to show strong tie in Pakistan.
You will leave Canada after completion of study.
U hv to show strong finance from Pakistan.
U hv to convince the visa officer that ur 1st Intention is to get study and coming back.
When will u show ur brother's status he will Immediately come to know that u will not come back as ur brother is there and how did he settle there.
His backgrounds.
I don't thing so u will get visa easily.
In my opinion.
Go to another country and apply from there, that Is the only way to get visa
