I got my application pack returned saying I missed the additional family information ( IMM 5406) ,the photo specification was not the same ....actually the background was grey which we didnt pay attention when handing the specification to the photographer and also was asked to send original copy for the medical report form (IMM 1017).For the IMM 1017 Im a bit confused as the receptionist told us its the copy2 we receive and the copy 1 is sent to the london Embassy,I m confused of that so Im just putting the same wording the receptionist used to write my letter and also stating that the receptionist told us to ask CIC to call them if there is anything they need to know.Any idea about that if its good to tell this to the officer ,so freaked out which kind of words to use not to annoy the officer,as it is now my application has already been delayed so dont want more delays or anything..and also adviseo if I need to place the forms in 3 enveloppe like Part 1: Sponsorship forms Part 2: Immigration forms and 3: supporting document and also in the meantime Im in full employment ,should I include my job contract.
