Just anybody came to Canada as worker or student , remember , There is no rights for you , all jokes ,for Temporary worker who came work hard , apply for your PR don't wait , student same thing , that how I understand from what they said , no right until you are PR or citizenship , or just go and get married with Canadian if you feel you can't do it because when u came between their hand it's less chance for them to forgive you or anything , how matter professional or nicer you are , they ll face you with the law so be car full and don't kill your life for The permit work study whatever you are still visitor in their eyes, small things , or also your employer that you work hard for him, they can say bad references on your back , and immigration can cancel ur visas and thrrow u out same as the luggage .
there is no right for workers , employer same as the immigration , you cant complain , just patient and do your papper.
my employer the first ask me to take his appatrment with high price of rent in order to pay his morgage , i did but when i decide to move with my gf he dismissed me from work . i went to immigration to complain , they told me sorry , find another job we cant do nothing go to labour , when i insist why , they told me, you not belone to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!a lady in the desk told me that in CIC.
dont wait until you run of status ! dont do any mistake in your work ! patient until you get your papper. i been in canada 5 years i restore my status the last time they cancel and ask me to leave for no reason , like they dont care about none of my references nothing!!!!! even im skilled worker , and with my ielts and ready to apply , they didnt care at all !!!!!! if my wife didnt sponsor me i ll be in the suit case of the airbus to back home like a dog , this is Canada , Sad i know , but i swear it s the truth.
i just want to tell you dont think that you are in the land of las vegas or the heavan of the rights where everybody is same , because you gonna have big big surprises.
