Advice for under board nursing from philippines

Good day,
I am a nursing graduate last 2023 but didn't yet take the nursing licensure exam here in the philippines. But my visa was approved and my flight is this coming november 1, 2024. Any advice to this matter
Or should I take again a nursing course? If ever, how many months or years?

Since posting under Express Entry then assume you are landing as PR, and not a visa (whatever that visa is).
