Hello everyone. With the current CRS trends and my scores dropping to 453 in January, I was wondering what best course of action would be in my case. I am 34 years of age, with an IELTS CLB 10 and 6+ years of work experience in different professions.

There is an option for the Atlantic Pilot Program - I started looking into it and could not understand how it functions. Some people have suggested that a job offer is necessary - how to apply for one is something most did not know. Some suggest that the job offer is not necessary. There seem to be no preferred professions in the AIIP as far as I have seen. Hence my confusion.

PNP is another path they have suggested. This I am quite familiar with as it keeps popping up.

Learning French is not an option as I am a pretty slow learner when it comes to languages and working full time with a 50+ hour work schedule, the balance is impossible to achieve.

Any suggestions would be welcomes. I've worked in the power generation as well as the service sector (multiple positions over the last 10 years)
