Can you please advice me on Skilled Worker visa for Quebec province.

I am married and anyone of us (me or my spouse) can apply as primary applicant as per your suggestion

My details of are as below:
Country: India
Age: 26yrs
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computers (4 years)
Experience: 5 Years
Experience Area: Consultancy of Enterprise Monitorning Softwares(IBM Tivoli and CA-NSM) and Computer software Testing
English Level: Advance

My wife's details of are as below:
Country: India
Age: 26yrs
Qualification: Masters Of Business Administration -Human Resource (2 years)
Experience: 5 Years
Experience Area: Consultancy of Enterprise Monitorning Softwares(IBM Tivoli and CA-NSM) and Computer software Testing
English Level: Advance

We have searched for possible options and there are so many things in mind. One option came to us is to apply under Quebec Skilled worker. Kindly advice for few questions as below and any other additional information will be great.

1. Is the occupation mentioned above is governed by a regulatory body?
If yes, I heard there are some exams to get license. Are those exams are required for everybody coming to Quebec or only if you want to do a job which is regulated by government?
Is it possible if we apply and get into Quebec and start some other job which is not regulated and doesn't require license? or anything else about this, as this part is not clear at all..

2. Is it mandatory to take French classes before applying, or is it just a good practice?

3. If we get visa and then PR will there be some restriction on moving to other parts of cannada.

I greatly appreciate your time and response in advance. Thanks a lot..

Please post your question on this thread. Also read previous posts and you will get lots of information concerning QSW.http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/quebec-applicants-lets-share-experience-t37196.0.html
Personally, I don't think your profession is regulated. As it is now, test result for English and French is required if you want to claim points for either or both languages. Please visit www.canadavisa.com and read up facts about QSW.
Also, I don't think its wise to start thinking of moving to other province now if you really want to live in Quebec. You have to sign a form titled ''INTENT TO LIVE IN QUEBEC'' although as a Canadian PR holder, nothing mandates you to live there but one can have problems during Citizenship application. This is what I think, nothing official to back it up.Hope this helps a little.
