Hi Everyone I guess on this forum everyone is very helpful.

So here is my situation

1. Did humber PG and gt three years PGWP
2. Completed 3 years WP and landed back to India recently in april2016.
3. Now I m in Dubai with 2 years WP landed in Oct2016.

EE profile : CEC outland MET, CRS 359 with IELTS 6.5

Of course I know i should redo IELTS and score 400+ and wait for OINP

Now I am thinking of taking any of these choices;

1. GF is in Canada (citizen) if I do that it will take more thn 1year for the spousal visa

2. Redo IELTS and wait for OINP

3. Reapply with humber for another one year course JAN intake since she is supporting me financially.

Please replies will be appreciated. Thanks a lot You guys are helping me to take the right decision at this moment,

It's really your choice. A few comments:

1) You must be either married or common law in order for her to sponsor you for PR. Common law means you have lived together continuously for at least one full year and have evidence to prove cohabitation.

2) Having a 400+ score won't necessarily guarantee an OINP nomination.

1.) With 3 years of Canadian work-ex, how can your score be only 359? :O

Did you work in an NOC-C or D level job?

2.) Even if by some miracle you get an OINP nomination, it'll still take at least 1 year to process both OINP nomination and the federal process. So it won't be faster than spousal sponsorship

Your best bet is getting married and being patient in the spousal sponsorship program
