Advice about Citizenship processsing !!!!

I’m applying for my Canadian Citizenship in May 2013. I do have a few queries about spending time outside Canada whilst my application is with CIC.

After I send in my application, can I still travel in and out of Canada? Are there any rules or precautions regarding spending time outside of Canada whilst your Citizenship application is with CIC?

Also, I am currently engaged to a British national, in the event that we perhaps get married whilst my application is with CIC and I decide to move to the UK, how will this affect my citizenship granted it is still with CIC.

Thanks a lot !! Much appreciated !

Pre-Assessed..
You are allowed to move but make sure you are getting all the letters from CIC because they will not give you a lot of time to show up for the exam/oath. You may be notified with maybe 10-14 day notice. You can postpone them if the dates are not convenient for you but they will not schedule at your convenience, just stick you to the back of the line again and contact you again some months later with another 10 to 14 day notice to appear.

Thank you for the reply !
I am pleased to hear this. I will still have my residence in Canada as my family are here, so receiving my mail and knowing when to go in for my test and oath will not be a problem.
I will make the trips back for them both.

This is such a relief !
