advertising requirement used in applying LMO

Hi to everyone.
I need an advice regarding my application of LMO.
My employer advertised a position for my co-workers last january 2011 because their work permit expired this march. They were able to get their approved LMO last february.
In my case, my work permit will expire on july, so my employer start to apply for my LMO too.
My question is:
My employer used the old advertisement in the job bank and kijiji because he told me its not yet expired. Do you think guys, i will not have a problem regarding this?
