does the employer have to keep the advertisement for 3-6 months,untill he will get answer about LMIA? it means the employer has to pay $599 for monster,$ 595 for workopolis/ month for 3-6 months? is it really true?

Yes - the employer must keep advertising the role until an answer for the LMIA application is received.

Thank you. Somebody wrote only job bank has to stay until decision is made.other advertisements need to stay only 4 weeks.better news...
