My boy friend is applying for Adult Graduation Diploma Program in B.C that will award him a High School Graduation Diploma. In the past, he went to B.C secondary school but he did not graduate from it. Later on, he entered into University where he took all the necessary credits that he could apply for this program.

An adult high school diploma is the British Columbia Adult Graduation Diploma (BCAGD), also known as the “Adult Dogwood.” It is for adult learners (18 and older) who want to take courses in order to complete high school and obtain their adult high school diploma. Courses can be taken at school district continuing education centres and/or at one of the 18 public post-secondary institutions that delivers Adult Education programs across the province.

My question is, our aim to apply for this diploma is that we would like to get some education point for our EE profile about his highschool graduation. Although it only gives us extra 2 points, it will help us a lot! Would this award be counted as the same as the highschool diploma?

Anyone advise? Thank you.
