Hello, my test invite is coinsided with my movement from Calgary to Edmonton which is under capital CIC office.
I would like to keep going with test and oath under Calgary office, so I plan to set up mail forward and come back to Cagary for the test & oath. It's 300 km to drive but it'll save me up to 3 month of processing my file.
Please let me know if anybody ever has similar expirience.
thanks

i dont have a similiar experience but if I were you I will do the same. Coz when you transfer your house the application will also transfer to the local office and it will take time. What is 300klms is not that far ;o) you can do the drive back and forth

Hi,

You should inform your change of address to CIC if you don't do it, then, at the test/oath the address on your IDs (driver license, health card, etc) will not match the address on your application, I think the officer will note that and make some questions at least.

Regards,
