We are recently got our Additional Document request for our EE-FSWO AOR June 2020 application.
However when filling out the Schedule A cross checking with the initial details input when submitting the application it came to notice that I have put my farthers, mothers and my spouses mothers date of birth incorrectly.
I was thinking of providing all birth certificafes, ID, passport, affidavits along with a letter of explanation with hope of setting the records straight.
Please advice if this is the correct mode of action? And would this have any impact of our application being rejected based on this?
