Of late I'm seeing ADR for tax forms and pay stubs for foreign/Canadian work exp. In my case, I've claimed 9years (2010-2019) of Foreign Work exp and I've provided only the reference letters as per the IRCC format.
Now, I do not have Paystubs, form16 & ITR for 9 years instead I have 3 years of Form16 and 6years of ITR. Additional, I can show them bank statements for 7 years.
What if ADR (paystubs (specifically) & tax form) asked for my 9yrs exp from IRCC? Will the above documents suffice? Can we provide bank statements instead of Paystubs? Will officer consider the above mentioned docs or is it still discretion of the Officer? as I believe paystubs are not mandatory
I haven't filled Income tax in the beginning (2010-2013) of my career. Will this be a problem?
