Context: So she had her US visa B1 rejected twice and then successfully got it on her third attempt and had a successful US trip of 3 months too.
But she got an ADR request asking to explain her "issues" with the US immigration department. Although major chunk of B1 visas from India does not get passed in one go (so we were not worried initially), but the language used in the ADR was a bit concerning for us. Along with it, they asked for FBI clearance report.
Question: Has anybody ever had to submit an FBI clearance report and how many days did it take to provide it back when requested from India? We have sent fingerprints and it was delivered on 30th January. But when we check the FBI report status, it still shows incomplete (to send the fingerprints to FBI). So does anybody know how much time it takes to process the report by FBI once it is delivered?
