ADR Conference

My partner and I have been given a date to attend an ADR conference for next month.
If we are given approval that day how long does it normally take for the Permanent resident visa to be issued? We originally applied outland to the London UK office.
Would we have to renew any medical/criminal records checks ?

all the applicants forms have to be resubmitted, including the criminal record, the medical expires a year from the date it was done, so if a year has passed then that too has to be redone, you will be told at the ADR if you were approved, then it takes up to two weeks to receive the actual confirmation letter in the mail, the file goes back to the visa office to continue to be processed, each office varies in time lines to have the visa issued, anywhere from 2 months to 9 months
