ADR change from NA back to “we are reviewing”

Is there anyone on the same boat?
I got ADR request on April, after I submitted the documents, it changed to “…uploaded”. Then in June it changed to “we are reviewing”, and to NA in July.
But, in September ADR changed back to we are reviewing …

Is this normal? When can I expect my PPR?

i met two guys who experienced the same situation, but they got PPR right after their ADR change back to we are reviewing.
For me , nothing happened.
So, it depends.
