I have a client that wants to fly round trip from Florida to Vancouver with her husband, 14 yr. old son, and her 8 yr. old daughter that she adopted from China. This trip is for a 2 week vacation. Her 8 yr. old daughter has a US Green card and an expired Chinese passport. Will her daughter be able to enter Canada?

Thanks

Yes under Immigration Act she would be admitted, but homeland security probably won't allow her to fly back to the US as she she doesn't have a valid passport. There is US Homeland Security at Canadian airports.
