i am going to apply as skilled worker i have enough points to apply for skilled Worker my age is 43 and never married so i adopted two boys at the age of 5 and 7 now they are 17 and 19 years old , but at the time when i adopt them i didnt get official permission from goverment or i didnt fill out adoptation papers at that time but its not problem to complete these paper work now so my question is i am going to apply for immigration to canada can i add them in application or is it possible to bring them with me to canada as process takes long time to complete and at time time when application will complete i am sure these kids will be around 22 or more so what are chances for me to bring my adopted child with me to Canada , thank you

I'm not an immigration officer, but if I were to see this case, I wouldn't believe it. There's too much chance of fraud since you never legally adopted the boys. For instance, you could be adopting the boys of a friend or relative simply to get them into Canada. And in any case, I'd be surprised if the adoption would be recognized. One of the boys is already an adult, and the other one soon will be. Nevermind immigration rules about being able to sponsor them until age 21. There's no legitimate reason for them to be adopted at this late date. I think immigration will look very skeptically at it.
