Admission with GPA of 2.0

Hi,

I have a friend who studied Communications Science at Bachelor of Science level and wants to get admission to a related program in Master level from a Canadian university.

Her GPA is 12.76 (out of 20). I think it's equivalent of GPA 2.0 in Canadian System. She also has about 10 years of managerial experience and owns a publishing company.

Could you please tell me some universities that she has a chance of getting admission based on her relatively low GPA?
