I am thinking to get enrol in may 2020 intake for my bachelors degree but the forms of the scholarship that I want to attain will be available from December 2019 ... So, I have two options to apply now or to apply in December when the scholarship is open as I can’t let go of this opportunity. Any suggestions about what should I do and what will be the estimated time for the entire admission process ?

Somehow Getting offer letter is a long process
Means sometimes it takes too long to get admitted and sometimes it just takes weeks.
So if you want to apply for may 2020 with scholarship
You can get enrolled but you would be missing the chances of getting into your desired college or university
Jan intake is still open
You can try there
But the situation is same as it would be in December 2019
The chances are less to get admitted into your desired program
