I have a mate back home.He did GCE O levels but his grades aren't really good he's good Cs,Ds, Bs and a few As.
He got D in mathematics.Would he be accepted or not?
Depends on what applying for but with only 0 levels might be a challenge but having said that colleges are usually only to happy to accept the international fees (approx 18k cdn per year). The only way to find out is to search out a course and contact the college or as a minimum look at the college website for the admission criteria. Even having got that far persuading CIC to issue a study permit may be the real issue but without trying will never know and is very difficult on a forum to do more than be general in terms of advice.
